BEST adult learning methodology ever seen at an HRSW conference. Frank and direct – not for some, but perfect for other. Personally I like it b/c it let’s supervisors know this is “real world” for “real help/training/coaching”. Thank you! Wow. Presentation style and integration of flip chart graphics worked well. Presenter explained symbolism in flip chart graphics to enhance understanding of concepts. Presenter used specific, relevant examples from his work and private life to illustrate key points. Well done all around.
